How Ognomy Works

Patient attends a 30 to 40 minute visit with a board certified sleep specialist where you they discuss their sleep concerns. If the doctor thinks its appropriate for them, a sleep study device will be ordered for shipment right during the call.

A home sleep test device will be shipped directly to the patient, to wear overnight on their finger or wrist and in their own bed. Clear, step-by-step instructions are provided, and additional support is available if needed. The next day either patient can return the device or simply dispose of it, depending on the model.

After the sleep study, the patient will have another telehealth visit with a sleep clinician to review the test results and, if needed, discuss therapy options that will work best for the patient.
